The reason behind why not a single political party has ever been able to do everything 'best' for the country. No matter which-ever Political Party comes to rule, the condition is going to be same because all the political parties are of somewhat the same calibre and performance at an overall level. Because almost every party has brilliant leaders at its top layer because if those leaders were the direct administrators or candidates for your area, the condition of your area could have been the best in the country and this is the reason why they are in the topmost layer, for administering a state or even the whole country but when it comes to the leaders of the second layer and third or lower layer of those parties, almost every party has somewhat the same quality/kind of inefficient leaders.
