The reason behind why not a single political party has ever been able to do everything 'best' for the country.

No matter which-ever Political Party comes to rule, the condition is going to be same because all the political parties are of somewhat the same calibre and performance at an overall level. Because almost every party has brilliant leaders at its top layer because if those leaders were the direct administrators or candidates for your area, the condition of your area could have been the best in the country and this is the reason why they are in the topmost layer, for administering a state or even the whole country but when it comes to the leaders of the second layer and third or lower layer of those parties, almost every party has somewhat the same quality/kind of inefficient leaders. These leaders (from second and lower layer) are so inefficient that even if those brilliant leaders of topmost layer give their 100% efforts, make best plans of action for the country and execute them at their level in the best way, those executed plans won't do any improvement in the condition of the country because of these lower layer leaders as these won't do anything efficiently to contribute towards making those plans successful instead these may also eat through huge chunks of monetary portion of those plans of execution since being dishonest. But since the phrase 'somewhat the same' , offcourse there is a bit better option among those lower layer leaders in every constituency, who is a bit lesser inefficient or is lesser dishonest. Sometimes that better option or leader is from one party in a constituency and sometimes from some other party in another constituency and sometimes from another party in a different constituency. So, it is not that one single party has all the best leaders in its lower layers. Therefore, choosing the best option in every constituency is necessary in order to reduce that inefficiency of the whole system to some extent, although there will be non uniformity as different party leaders will be working at different levels or areas and not one single party, hence best utilisation of democracy. By doing this, as a citizen, we can do the best we could ever do for the country. But, this is the point where most of the citizens commit a mistake, which should be called a 'sin'. Most of the citizens(not all) do not have a clear idea about how good the different candidates appearing for their own constituency are?. Forget about choosing the best among them. The meaningless criterias based on which most of the citizens select their candidate, to vote for, are :

1. The candidate who belongs to their community or section of society (especially when the voting citizen himself belongs to a minority or even the majority or a particular caste or a particular section of the society) or

2. The candidate who promises free stuffs or 'out of the blue' facilities, without even caring about  the know-hows of that. (These kind of 'out of the blue' facilities or free stuffs are definitely not among the 'sustainable' solutions to the problems of that region) (even most of the citizens don't even consider questioning themselves atleast ones - How would that be possible? or even if it becomes possible, will that be a sustainable solution to the problems of their region.)

3. A huge majority of voters votes by just looking at that one topmost leader who might not even have to visit their region even once in his entire tenure. This majority of voters includes the once who either love that one topmost leader and vote for him without even thinking that the local candidate for their area from that particular topmost leader's party, is the worst option. And the ones who hate that one topmost leader and therefore vote for other party without even realising that the local candidate for their area from that topmost leader's party, is the best option (based on efficiency, accountability, honesty etc.) and truly deserves to be the leader of their area. This 'majority' of voters also includes the ones who just got lost in emotions created by one or the other leader.

All this stuff literally makes the whole election process a 'joke'

So, now the question which arises is that how can then the condition of the country be improved.

Now, if we can try to just get ourselves out of all these categories and vote 'wisely' without any bias we can make our best contribution to drastically changing our country even if we don't have any kind of leadership qualities within us or if we aren't at those 'Fancy' Administrating Officers' Posts and are just a 'citizen'.

How to go about it?

For this we need to understand that between us and those topmost leaders, there are many layers which come/intervene in between. Those layers are- the above mentioned 'inefficient leaders' , the privatised 'money-minded' and 'narrative-driven' media known for extrapolating news to the extent that it literally turns opposite of what it actually was (since the media processes the news in its own machinery to ultimately making the news completely align with their narrative; hence not meant to trust nowadays) and a lot many others. So, having these many layers in between, we should definitely not trust the 'processed-report' of what actually was planned and executed by that topmost leader, it can be worsened even if it was right or it can be sugar-coated even if it was worse, ill-people are on either sides (it's all grey on both sides, infact in all sides, almost nothing is purely white, we just have to choose the 'lightest-grey' for us).

But we can definitely have a clear idea of what is being done by the leader of our area, i.e., local candidate/leader. There aren't literally any filter between us and him (local candidate/leader). If we just remain slightly active to notice him and his activites (which we can do, as there isn't much to do for that) and make our conclusion/decision based on that information (collected by us, without any filter or mixer), just before election, we can clearly make an inevitable end to such a big, deep-rooted problem of our country, because if everyone votes in this way, this problem will die, way before the time it could ever die.

It will also solve one more problem that is the 'statement-politics' or the 'blame-game-politics' as all the Leaders and Political Parties will realize that the public is giving signal that now the vote can be earned only through work and definitely not through any kind of 'statement-politics' or the 'blame-game-politics'. And thereby, they will stop all kinds of 'statement-politics' or the 'blame-game-politics' and will focus only on work.

The best advantage of it, will be that the leaders despite being of different parties at different levels of the whole system, will give best results because we ourselves have deployed the 'best' of them at every micro-level.
